About
Sani is a culturally inspired lifestyle brand led by two sisters, Ritika and Niki Shamdasani. They initially focused on Indian wedding wear and introduced South Asian fashion to Rent the Runway for the first time, followed by Nordstrom in April of 2023. Sani has expanded into casual categories like viral loungewear, thanks to TikTok. One notable product from their collection is the embroidered leopard loungewear set, which Ritika Shamdasani designed during her time at the Wilson College of Textiles, a creation that played a pivotal role in keeping their business afloat during the challenging times of the pandemic. Today, their designs have been featured on the TODAY show and Forbes, and worn by celebrities like Karlie Kloss and Ashley Park.
